Many of Kashmir's most spectacular alpine clearings and panoramic viewpoints remain accessible only on foot or by horse.

Safety Tips

  • Wear sturdy walking shoes with rubber soles — avoid flip-flops or smooth-soled shoes.
  • Only one rider per pony is permitted, except a small child in the lap of an adult.
