Terms & Conditions:
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the package terms.
- A detailed confirmation including the itinerary, accommodation details, and travel information will be sent to you once your booking is finalized.
- Passport and Visa (for international travelers) must be valid for the duration of your trip. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents.
2. Payment Terms:
- Advance Payment: A minimum of 25% of the total tour package cost must be paid at the time of booking.
- Full Payment: The full payment must be completed 15 days before the commencement of the tour.
- For bookings made within 15 days of the travel date, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Price Inclusions & Exclusions:
Inclusions:
- Accommodation as per the package details.
- Transfers, tours, and sightseeing as specified in the itinerary.
- Meals as outlined in the tour plan.
- Permits, taxes, and tolls (unless stated otherwise).
Exclusions:
- Airfare, train tickets, or any other transportation to the tour start point.
- Meals not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entrance fees for monuments, museums, or other attractions unless otherwise specified.
- Personal expenses like laundry, tips, or room service.
- Travel insurance, which is highly recommended.
- Optional tours and activities.
4. Accommodation:
- All accommodations will be as per the itinerary and availability. We strive to provide the highest quality lodging based on the package (budget, deluxe, premium, etc.).
- In the event of non-availability of rooms at listed hotels, we will offer alternative accommodations of similar standards.
- Check-in and check-out times will vary by hotel and are subject to the policies of the respective establishments.
5. Amendments & Changes:
- Changes to the Booking: Any request for changes to your booking must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Date Changes: You may request a change in travel dates at least 14 days prior to departure, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
- Changes in Itinerary: In rare cases, we may need to alter the itinerary due to weather, government policies, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to offer alternative arrangements that are of equal or greater value.
6. Cancellations & Refunds:
Refer to our detailed Cancellation & Refund Policy for all the terms related to cancellations, refund amounts, and the processing of refunds.
7. Travel Insurance:
- Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and lost baggage.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred by clients who travel without insurance.
8. Health & Safety:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and healthy to travel. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult with your doctor before traveling.
- We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may arise during your trip.
- Ensure that all vaccinations and health precautions are up to date.
9. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents:
- You must ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended return date.
- Obtaining a valid visa (where applicable) and other required travel documents is your responsibility.
- Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels cannot be held liable for any disruptions to travel caused by invalid documents or visa rejections.
10. Force Majeure:
Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels will not be responsible for any delay or failure to provide services as outlined in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, civil unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour or refund payments as per our cancellation policy.
11. Liability:
- Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels acts as an intermediary between the traveler and airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other tour services.
- We are not liable for any delays, accidents, losses, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers or any force majeure events.
- Any damage caused by the customer to accommodation, transport, or equipment will be the responsibility of the customer, and they will be liable for any charges incurred.
12. Code of Conduct:
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and follow local laws and regulations.
- Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels reserves the right to terminate the tour of any client displaying abusive or illegal behavior without refund.
13. Complaints & Disputes:
- If you have any complaints during the tour, please inform your tour guide or contact us immediately so that we can address the issue.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar Courts, and any claims against the company must be made within 30 days of the tour completion.
14. Photography & Marketing:
- Vertex Kashmir Tour & Travels reserves the right to use images or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in such media, please notify us in writing prior to the tour.
15. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of Tangmarg(Gulmarg), Jammu & Kashmir.
